We want you to love your Bon Jovi Store apparel, but if your purchase doesn't rock your world, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
